This place offers a unique type of MOMO known as “Tandoori Momos”. Here the momo’s are dipped in a tandoori masala marinade and later grilled over fire. Finally when its tandoored, we get a momo with a crispy outside and a soft (Chicken/Paneer/Veg) stuffing in the inside.It is then served with 2 to 3 variety of Mayonnaise and schezwan garlic sauce. This place offers CHAI which is prepared in a unique way. Firstly, a clay pot is heated in a tandoor, till its red hot and then placed over a bigger metal sauce pan. Then Pre-made, semi-cooked tea is then poured into one of the extremely hot clay pot which in turn results in tea to bubble out of the hot clay pot.The final result is that we get a cup of tandoori chai which has an awesome smoky flavour to it.
