Chief secretary AP Padhi on Tuesday directed district collectors to open official Facebook and Twitter accounts at the district level to receive complaints and get feedback from people.
Reviewing implementation of different schemes as part of the workshop on improving citizen centric service delivery through use of 3T- teamwork, transparency and technology, the chief secretary asked collectors to follow the official twitter and Facebook handles of chief minister Naveen Patnaik.
