Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) in collaboration with the Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) trying a new concept by launching a `uniform design competition among citizens for the street vendors. Anyone can take part and win prizes worth `1 lakh and contribute their ideas to make the vendors look smart.
This competition will be closed on March 15 and its results will be out in April. While the first prize is worth `50,000, second prize will be of `30,000 and the third will have `20,000 as the prize money.
If you want to take part in the competition, you have to submit the design entry to [email protected]. There is no entry fee for the uniform designing competition. This initiative is part of the street vendors’ welfare and rehabilitation programme.
