A traveler and a surfer, an entrepreneur and a father, our man here, is a champion in all walks of life. Born to a traveler Mom and a hippie father, his passion for exploring the world is inherited. This year the India Surf Festival proudly presents to you one of the well-acclaimed figures of the international surfing scenario, surf industry leader Tipi Jabrik. The president of Asian Surfing Championship, Jabrik is all set to bring the magic to the shores of Ramchandi Beach.
Tipi’s contribution to the surfing industry ranges from a competitor to a business tycoon. Tipi is one of the most popular and famous surfer from Asia. He has spent his life partying, travelling and exploring the waters around the world. He started the Indonesia Surfing Championship in 2004 as a small contest of around 40 contestants. ISC then grew to branch out itself into Asian Surfing Championship in 2010 which is headed by Tim Haines. Tipi’s efforts and passion of the industry has made him hold various responsible designations in the international surfing industry and thus, a role model for the budding surfers.
ISF ‘15 is proud and honored to announce the presence of Tipi Jabrik all throughout the festival. His presence at ISF would be inspirational and exciting for all you young surfers from all around the globe who believe that, sanity and peace can be felt best in the wild roaring waters of the ocean. Tipi would be judging the India Surf Championship this year.
Also, this 3-day long festival from 6-8 February 2015 at Ramchandi Beach will host India Stand-Up-Paddling Cup and sessions on Kite surfing. So, it’s high time to pack your bags and set out for the most adventurous festival of the year.
