Himanshu Khatua directed ‘Krantidhara’ has been adjudged as the Best Film at the 26th State Film Awards released today. Bijay Mohanty will receive this year’s Jayadev Award for lifetime achievement. Sabyasachi Mohapatra and Atal Bihari Panda will receive the Best Director and Best Actor award respectively for the movie Aadim Vichar.
