The foundation has already identified land for its centre near Khurda, 50km from the city. It will be built within three years. The construction will start within six months.
The residential facility of the foundation will have a health care centre, sports and physical activity infrastructure, farming and water purifying system, cognitive and vocational units and specialists from the state and outside to provide care and guidance to the kids.
