4 Enthusiasts on a Mission : Cover 2500km, Document and showcase 28 watefalls of Odisha

A group of four wildlife enthusiasts from Odisha have started in a unique initiative to explore and document all significant waterfalls in the state. They are going in a road trip to document the road networks, logistics and mapping of the waterfalls. They have planned to cover as many as 28 significant waterfalls in 15 days by traveling around 2600 kms in the state. The trip was flagged off from Bhubaneswar on Friday.

In this trip they have planned to reach these waterfalls and would promote these places for eco-tourism and also create awareness among the public for their conservation and maintenance. The trip has been supported by Odisha Tourism.

 The waterfalls include Duduma, Barehipani, Joranda, Bhimkund, Devkund, Sanghagra, Badaghagra, Khandadhar (Keonjhar), Khandadhar (Sundergarh), Pradhanpat, Nrusinghanath, Handibhanga, Gundichaghai, Pulrijharan, Rabandhara, Uski and Katramal.
