Prominent woman weightlifter of Odisha Pramila Kirsani won a gold medal in the junior 53kg event of the Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships at Pune, Monday.
Pramila lifted a total of 189kg, including 80kg in snatch and 109kg in clean & jerk to secure the first position.
