‘Million Dollar Arm’ — which hit screens in 2014,of its US release — is biographical sports film based on the true story of baseball pitchers Rinku Singh (Suraj Sharma) and Dinesh Patel who were discovered by sports agent JB Bernstein after winning a reality show competition of the same name. The film also stars Jon Hamm as Bernstein, Bill Paxton as pitching coach Tom House, Suraj Sharma as Singh, Madhur Mittal as Patel, and Alan Arkin. Golden Globe-award winning actor Jon Hamm has got a new Indian fan in his co-star Pitobash Tripathy, who is making his Hollywood debut with sports drama ‘Million Dollar Arm’, In the film, Pitobash, 30, plays the local assistant who helped Bernstein (played by Hamm) to get in touch with Indian cricketers.
