Odisha government officers will attend lecture series by experts in various fields to promote innovation and out of the box ideas while delivering governance. The planning and coordination department has developed the Odisha Knowledge Hub (OKH), an interactive lecture series, for the purpose.
Starting today, the first lecture will be delivered by Nachiket Mor, a member of the central board of the Reserve Bank of India, on transforming financial and healthcare services delivery for better. The state has also instituted awards for officers promotong innovation while delivering services. All ministers and secretaries of the government are invited to attend the the 90-minute lecture. Besides, all collectors have also been instructed to attend the lecture series through videoconferencing along with officers of departments concerned.
