People travelling in trains no longer have to rush out of railway stations to buy medicines in emergency as these will soon be available on the platform.East Coast Railway (ECoR) will open medicine stores at two railway stations (Bhubaneswar and Puri) under its jurisdiction in Odisha by the end of April.
