A five-day event ‘Home and Building’ expo organised here under the initiative of Nocci ( North Orissa chamber of commerce and industry).
The expo first of its kind was hosted in Balasore to attract industries as well as to create awareness among people who desire to construct houses and buildings in the Nocci business park at Balgopalpur.
As many as 70 industries and companies related to these sectors from Bengal, Jharkhand and Hyderabad besides the locals participated. The companies besides exhibiting their products also explained the technical know-hows pertaining to construction of houses under the traditional and new technologies.
“The main objective of the ‘Home & Building Expo 2015’ is to expose the know hows of the construction and the architecture industry featuring frontline construction industry professionals and organizations, in addition to showcasing the finest of building materials, technologies, equipment and interior finishes.
