Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) and the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) on Tuesday formed a team comprising OAS officers of both the agencies.The team called Team Bhubaneswar has seven officers from the BMC, four from the BDA and one from the Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited. The team members have been assigned specific areas to monitor sanitation and public health.
The team will be armed with a kit, which will have the map of the wards, list of ward officers and sanitary inspectors, list of all wings such as public health and engineering, works, sewerage board, drainage division and health. The team has been asked to carry out regular field visits in the areas allotted to them
