Odisha Government has asked the collector of Ganjam district for a patch of land at Gopalpur soon to set up a new planetarium. This will be the third planetarium in the state after the Pathani Samant Planetarium, Bhubaneswar, and the under-construction Burla planetarium in Sambalpur district.
