Xavier University will inaugurate Xavier School of Communications at the Xavier City Campus, Nijigada, Harirajpur on Thursday. Xavier School of Communications – XCOMM is launched from the academic year 2015-16, offering both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The school intends to become a centre of excellence in the field of Mass Communication and Media Studies in East India. The various courses offered by XCOMM are: B.Sc. Mass Communication (3 Years), M.A. Mass Communication (2 Years), P.G. Diploma in Film & Television Production (One Year) P.G. Diploma in Broadcast Journalism (One Year)
