Human resource development minister Smriti Irani will attend the fourth convocation of IIT Bhubaneswar scheduled today. The convocation will be held for the first-time time on its permanent campus located at Argul village on the outskirt of Bhubaneswar. The campus is only partially functional since July: While classes are currently being held at six different locations, only hostel facilities of the students have started on the 950-acre permanent campus.
