In an effort to popularise Odia cuisines, a city-based event management group, in association with Swosti Group of Hotels, will organise food festival – Utkal Khadya Mahotsav – at Janata Maidan here from November 28 to 30.
More than 20 teams from across the State will present specialties of their region in the food festival. The participants will prepare dishes with their original recipes in traditional style
A magazine, ‘The Tourist’, will be launched during the inaugural function of the festival which will depict the uniqueness of Odia food, art, craft and culture.
Besides, a series of musical shows and cultural activities will be conducted during the three-day event.
